Login & Authentication

Login Process
- Navigate to your organization's APPRAISIUM URL
- Enter your email address and password
- Click the "Login" button
- You'll be redirected to your personalized dashboard
Password Management
- Password Requirements: Minimum 8 characters with mixed case, numbers, and symbols
- Password Reset: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page
- Password Change: Update your password in User Settings
- Security: Never share your password with others

Employee Appraisal
Complete performance appraisals, view feedback, and track your progress over time.
Appraisal Process
- Prepare the review window: Supervisors select the quarter and year; Staff Tasks linked to KRAs automatically populate with their targets, weights, and progress updates.
- Score KPIs and competencies: Appraisers record achievements against the loaded assignments, add narrative notes, and rate the competency blocks (communication, transparency, innovation, etc.). The system calculates the 70/30 weighted overall rating and appraiser score instantly.
- Submit for counter-signing: Saving the appraisal moves it to draft/created status so the counter-signing officer can validate before completion.
- Appraisee acknowledgement: Employees review the published scores inside the
Staff Performancearea, add clarifying comments, and download the quarter summary for their records. - Appeal workflow (optional): If an employee disagrees, they submit an appeal with reasons and attachments. Appraisers and counter-signing officers respond, and accepting an appeal reopens the record for editing.
- Improvement planning: Low ratings can trigger an improvement plan directly from the appraisal, with monthly check-ins and assigned corrective actions tracked until completion.

Appraisal Status
- Draft: The appraiser is still editing; nothing has been shared with the employee.
- Created: Saved version waiting for counter-signing or additional edits (also used when an appeal reopens the review).
- Counter Signed: The counter-signing officer has validated the scores and locked further edits.
- Completed: Final results are published and the employee receives an email notification.
- Appealed: The employee has raised an appeal; the appraisal stays locked until the appeal is accepted (reopened) or rejected (remains final).
Tasks Management
View assigned tasks, update progress, and manage your workload effectively.
Task Views
- All Tasks: Complete list of assigned tasks
- Pending: Tasks not yet started
- In Progress: Tasks currently being worked on
- Completed: Finished tasks
